What happens if I am not home during the delivery time?
If you have pre-ordered through our online store, our drivers can leave your items in an insulated thermal bag at your doorstep. Please ensure you select the 'Contactless Delivery' option during checkout.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes, Den Norske Isbilen offers a wide variety of dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free sorbets and plant-based ice creams to ensure everyone can enjoy a cold treat.
How do I pay for my ice cream?
We accept all major credit cards, Vipps, and mobile payments both online and at the truck. For safety reasons, our drivers prefer digital payments over cash.
What is your return policy for frozen goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the ice cream has been delivered. However, if there is a quality issue or the product arrived melted, please contact our support team immediately for a full refund or replacement.
